Short version: playbooks are digital PDFs for your personal study, and NSP Reps is a subscription you can cancel anytime.

Purchases

All playbooks are one-time purchases of digital files delivered by email. Because files can't be returned, sales are final, except where the product is materially not as described, in which case contact us within 7 days.

Use

Files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. Please don't redistribute, resell, or post them.

Content is educational study material. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for your program's curriculum, and not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN, the NCLEX®, ATI, HESI, or Kaplan.

Coaching

Coaching services are delivered on the stated timeline after intake. Reschedules are free with 24 hours' notice.

NSP Reps subscriptions

NSP Reps is a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or every 12 months, and renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. New subscribers get a free trial (length shown at checkout; one per student). A card is required to start it, and you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Cancel anytime in the app under Settings → Plan → Manage plan. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself; accounts are for one student. We may suspend accounts that share access, scrape content, or post abusive comments.

Content and AI tutor

Questions, lessons, and LearnAI tutor answers are study aids written to help you prepare. They can contain mistakes. They are not clinical guidance; always follow your program, your facility's policies, and current evidence.
