We collect what we need to deliver what you asked for, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

Email address (for delivery and the weekly email), and purchase details processed by our payment providers, Whop and Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Emails

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Purchase-delivery emails are transactional and sent regardless.

NSP Reps app

If you use NSP Reps, we also store your profile (name, school, graduating class, test date, optional photo or character), your practice answers and scores, lesson progress, posts and comments you write, your Next Steps checklist, and your notification choices. We use these to run the app, your stats, and the leaderboards. Leaderboards show your display name, school, and character or photo.

Messages you send to the LearnAI tutor are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the answer, and kept briefly so we can enforce daily limits and fix problems. Phone notifications go through your browser's push service. Payments are handled by Stripe (and Whop for anything bought on our Whop page); we never see your card number.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. That cancels your plan and removes your profile, photo, and practice history.
